You have the choice:

Work with a typical real estate Salesperson
                         OR
Work with a Real Estate Consultant

When I say salesperson, a good word picture is “taxi driver.”  I’m sure we all have our unique memories from a taxi we rode in.  We went for the “ride,” hoping our driver was skilled and wondering whether we were going get to our destination with out an accident, getting lost or taken “the long way around.”  We paid, got out and probably never saw the driver again.
 
Most salespeople, like taxi drivers, probably don’t care that you’ll never be seen again. You see they spend 80-90% of their time looking for the next client (next, next, next…) and really don’t want to take the time to remember your name, but I’ll bet they remembered how much they made that week.

I’m human, just like you, and only have so many days and hours in a week to get everything done.  As a Consultant I strive to: 

- Learn what my client’s goals and desires are, taking the time to really understand what that person is wanting, needing, and why they are thinking about changing their lives.
- Dedicate myself to achieving this change.
- As their Consultant, I can then advise and help them take action to reach the goals that are so important and truly give them the first-class treatment that everyone genuinely needs in a real estate transaction.
- Spend 80-90% of my time actually working along side my valued clients, not looking for the next warm body. 
- I specifically hold open time spots each week for someone who has been entrusted to me.

I work primarily with those who have been entrusted to me from a family member, friend, or co-worker.  They know that I will care of them and they will receive the trust and respect that this profession often lacks.
                             
Which would you rather have, someone spending most of their time looking for their next warm body or me working with You?
